The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the two fighters met personally to promote the upcoming boxing match.
Former twice unified boxing king Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of those words, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally recognized for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted British rival Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
However, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's biggest financial successes, consistently making substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old anticipated a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would stop the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.
